• BlueCross BlueShield PPO: Blue Cross Blue Shield Preferred Provider Network


• BlueCross BlueShield OA-POS: Open Access – Point of Service (New Option)


• BlueCross BlueShield HMO: Blue Choice Health Maintenance Organization


• Kaiser Permanente HMO: For retirees under the age of 65 only


• Medicare Advantage: For retirees and their spouses who are over the age of 65, CIGNA’s Medicare Advantage
